How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Mak Ayie is easy:

  • First step is to register with us by signing up a new account. We will save your address and details so that you can shop quicker next time without having to fill all the details again.
  • Then, all you need to do now is browse! 
  • Once you have found the item you interested in, kindly select your preferred paste. Please ensure that the variation and quantity are correct. You can amend quantities by entering in the correct quantity and selecting “Update Cart”. Next, click on the ADD TO CART button.
  • You can either click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View Cart & Checkout’.
  • If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you would like to use, enter your code in the field available. The discount code field is on the right side of the same page, under your order summary.

Do I need to have an account to order?

Yes, you need to create an account to shop at Mak Ayie.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

Fret not! If you didn’t receive any email confirmation from us (our sincere apologies as sometimes glitches do happen!), you may login and refer to your Account Dashboard for order status. Or you may contact our team to assist you further. Email us at sales.makayie@gmail.com

Has my order been shipped out yet?

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Paid orders made before 11am will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for you to keep updated on the status of your parcel at all times.

Can I cancel my order?

Made an error in your order? Please email us at mak.ayiefood@gmail.com immediately within one hour after placing your order to ensure we will be able to make amendments in time. If it’s too late to cancel your order and we’ve proceed with delivery, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

 How do I add an item to my order after checking out?

You will need to make a new or separate order.

Are items in my cart reserved for me?

Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to check out and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damaged item.

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. if there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference.

Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. You must contact us within 3 days of order receipt and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products.
